Hero's Journey
Status Quo- Hermione starts out as a muggle oblivious to the wizarding world, with a normal life. Living with her mom and dad.
Call to Adventure- Her call to adventure would be when she, Harry, and Ron defeat the mountain troll. They end up becoming friends and the adventure begins.
Assistance- Hermione gets help from Harry and Ron. Even though they aren't older they are still able to help her in times of need. Such as helping defeat the troll.
Departure- Hermione, Harry, and Ron leave to find the Stone, and stop "Snape".
Trials- Lulling Fluffy back to sleep, escaping from the Devil's Snare, finding the correct key, and playing the chess game are all trials they had to endure.
Approach- Hermione's shining moment, when she finds which potion to use with only the riddle to help her.
Crisis- Harry goes inside, Hermione gets Ron out and she contacts Dumbledore.
Treasure- Harry finding the stone and discovering the truth.
Result- Quirrel is defeated and everyone is OK. The Stone is destroyed.
Return- They all board the Hogwarts Express back home.
New Life- Hermione is changed from the adventure, and ready to come back next year.
Resolution- They are ready to come back for the next year.
Status Quo- Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
Hermione's hero's journey will be from the perspective of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.
